百姓生活网四川讯（贾元东）教育的星穹里，古希腊柏拉图的“教育公平”思想，春秋教育家孔子“有教无类”的追求星辉闪熠。北小实外校今年办学15周年，年轻的他们既仰望着教育的星空，又脚踏实地地践行着均衡教育。8月31日，学校进行了一年级新生的摇号分班，这样的分班举措已是第四个年头了。
This year marks the 15th anniversary of running the school. On Aug. 31, our school began the fourth year of a lottery system for new students.
学校使用了摇号分班的专用软件，通过电脑操作，输入学生性别、年龄、是否住校等特征，用“电脑摇号”的方式将已注册的新生进行均衡分班。分班结束后，再由班主任现场抓阄决定要带领的班级。分班的整个过程均在300位新生家长、学校校级家委会主任敬波涛及各方监督下完成，杜绝人为操作。
The school uses the special software for shake-sign classification. Through computer operation, students' gender, age, whether to live in school and other characteristics are inputted. The registered freshmen are classified equally by the way of "computer shake-sign". After the division is over, the head teacher will grab lots on the spot to decide which class to lead. The whole process of classing was completed under the supervision of 300 parents of freshmen, Jing Botao, director of the school-level family Committee and all parties, and the artificial operation was eliminated.
上午8：30，家长们陆陆续续到达学校。首先签到，领取入场券，然后前往学术厅，等待摇号分班家长会开始。
At 8:30 a.m, parents arrived at the school. First sign in, get admission tickets, then go to the Academic Hall, waiting for the start of the parents' meeting.
学校计算机肖文老师操作电脑系统随机分班，两位家委会成员上台监督。
Xiao Wen, a computer teacher in the school, operates a computer system and divides classes randomly (including 11 teachers' children). Two members of the Family Committee are on the stage to supervise.
屏幕上闪动的孩子姓名，牵动着每位家长朋友的心。摇号结束，名单放大呈现在大屏上，让各位家长确认自己孩子的分班信息。面对这样的平均分配，才真正做到了让孩子在同一起跑线奔跑。
The name of the child flashing on the screen touches the hearts of every parent and friend. At the end of the roll sign, the list is enlarged and displayed on the big screen, so that parents can confirm their children's information on the division of classes. Faced with such an average distribution, we can really make the children run at the same starting line.
主持人阿蓓老师随机邀请在场的3位家长上台将盒子中的乒乓球编上号1-6，由家委会主任持抽签箱，将编好号的乒乓球放入箱子并摇匀。
The host, Miss. Abe, invited three parents to come to the stage at random and numbered the table tennis in the box (1-6). The director of the family Committee held the drawing box and put the numbered table tennis ball into the box and shake it evenly.
六位班主任随机抽取一个乒乓球并现场公布执教班级。每抽到一个班级号，台下家长朋友的掌声来自于信任，笑声来自于“天注定”的缘分……
Six head teachers randomly selected a table tennis ball and announced the teaching class on the spot. Every time a class number is drawn, the applause of parents and friends under the stage comes from trust, and laughter comes from fate of "destiny of heaven"...
新颖紧张的摇号分班现场会结束后，家长们陆续退场并到达相应的教室，每个班主任虽然都是第一次与家长见面，但他们热情的态度、真诚的交流再次赢得了家长阵阵热烈的掌声。
After the new and tense meeting, parents stepped out and arrived at the corresponding classroom one after another. Although every head teacher met his parents for the first time, their enthusiastic attitude and sincere communication won warm applause from parents again.
“摇号分班让我们家长心里很踏实。”新生家长朋友说，“过去根本不了解学校分班到底是怎么一回事，这次亲身经历才让她了解到所有的孩子都能拥有平等受教育的机会，给学校的这一措施点赞！”

是的，这样的分班实现了班级均衡，在学校硬件均衡的条件下，通过提高教师专业水平、优化课程与教学、实施学生学业和素质补进、改进班级管理方式、建立促进学生个体发展的长效评价机制等措施，真正落实学校的育人目标：实现差异化成功！
